Delhi, 23rd April 2021: With a surge in demand for EV based Lithium-Ion batteries mainly from two- wheelers and three-wheelers, IPower Batteries Pvt Ltd, pioneers in clean and green battery manufacturing has upgraded its manufacturing to 200 battery packs per day to meet the growing demand. The company has seen the growth in manufacturing for its batteries at 20% for two-wheelers and 25% for three-wheelers, which they aim to fulfill

Our tailor made solutions is helping satisfy the fast paced needs of the market. Currently we manufacture about 200 packs per day . Our high quality and well researched products are enabling us to fulfill their energy storage needs and offer their quality post sales service as well. Our new manufacturing facility which is spread out in 50,000 sq ft area in Kundli, Haryana has helped us focus and dedicate time on both R&D and state of the art manufacturing besides this our primary focus is also on post sales services therefore we over 200 services centres across the country”, said Mr. Vikas Aggarwal, Founder & MD– IPower Batteries Pvt Ltd.
The company aims at directing their capacity to manufacturing 500 battery packs per day in the next 6 month which will also witness fresh investments of Rs. 100 crores. The company offers customized battery solutions for each brand’ requirements. The company state of the art and government recognized R&D facility is working on developing smart Battery Management System (BMS), which allows one to access the battery’s data in real time, these batteries also have in-built GPS, GPRS and remote monitoring feature other than remote immobilization feature. The company’s current R&D focus is on creating an IPower application for fleet management for business owners and people, using which they will be able to connect their battery to their phones and keep a track on battery’s performance and get real time information on their fingertips, making the process automated and seamless for the user who deal with either large or small logistics businesses.
