Nirvedha- The new age Executive Coaching solutions Provider

Founded by the veteran Executive Coach Mr. Sudhakar Reddy, Nirvedha was established on 1st January 2017 with the purpose of redefining the way Executive Coaching is conducted in the country, and introduce innovative with modern ideas and methodologies. The name Nirvedha is derived from the Sanskrit language, which means “deeper thoughts and insights.”

“We believe Coaching is all about having someone believe in you and encourage you, about getting valuable feedback, about seeing things from a new perspective and setting your sights on new horizons. Coaching is a conversational method designed to help others develop clarity of thinking to reach their goals,” says Mr. Reddy. Nirvedha has recently launched Coffee with Coach- innovative program that enables the participant to gain deeper insights in just 30 minutes flat over coffee. The program, currently available in Mumbai, will soon be available nationwide.

Excerpts from Interview: 

Tell us something about Nirvedha?

Nirvedha is derived from Sanskrit which means Deeper Insights, most often we as individuals are hard pressed of time to know ourselves at a deeper level, and this being the cause for all the challenges in our personal and professional life. Nirvedha is a Coaching and Mentoring Solutions providing Organization; which helps Professionals, leaders (across roles and designations, right from junior people managers to CXO roles), Organizations, Startups, Students to identify their key Goals and help them achieve.  Nirvedha allows Students, Entrepreneurs, professionals to unleash their inner potential, support them in converting their limiting beliefs into their strengths.  Nirvedha helps Leaders change their impacting behaviors, be a sounding board for their key decisions, strategies.

How did you come across this idea of starting Nirvedha?

This happened to me around the start of 2015 when most of my Coachees (from within TCS) opined that I should become a professional coach.  In that year I have signed up for my Coaching certification which is a long process and eventually by the end of 2015 I got my credentialing done.  During this phase, I was in transition: getting into a new role in a new organization, in a new city, as the months passed my determination grew stronger to start of my own.  On 16th Oct’16 I have purchased the domain and on 1st Jan 2017 launched Nirvedha, and in June’17 it was incorporated as a Private Limited Organization to mark the seriousness in the business and Idea.

What’s the Mission and Vision of creating Nirvedha?

 Mission: Helping Professionals to achieve their Aspirational Goals, and partnering in their Transformational Journey.

Vision: To be a key growth partner for Successful Professionals and Organisations.

Who are all your clients? Name some of them?

Predominantly my clients are Individual Professionals in Leadership Roles, who are planning to take higher responsibilities, transitioning into new roles or Organizations.  Have dilemmas and haziness in their Goals and not able to take action on them and close, unable to Identify critical Goals and  Organizations who know the importance and value of Coaching inclined to use Coaching as a Leadership Development tool.  Entrepreneurs who wanted to scale their Ideas and grow big, bring in Structure to their operations, wishing to address critical aspirational challenges.  Students who need help in creating Goals.

 How does it work?

Coaching being a long-term process, it typically takes somewhere from Six Months to one year for an Individual.  It is one the best ways to track the ROI as it being a targeted intervention, unlike the Training modules where you would not be in a position to pinpoint or monitor the development of the concerned individual.  Coaching is a one on one intervention in a majority of the cases, during the course coachee reveals a lot of information and vulnerabilities, and as a Coach, it is our prime responsibility to ensure the highest levels of confidentiality.

All Coaching interventions start with Coachability assessment wherein we evaluate the probable coachee whether he is ready for coaching or needs any other intervention.  Post the evaluation we will have a Chemistry Session to understand the compatibilities between the Coach and Coachee, once this ascertained then the Coaching process starts with creating Goals
