Go Mad for Mango at Revival, Chowpatty & Lavasa

This year our “Go Mad for Mango” festival, which has started from 25th March 2018 will be on all the way through 31st May, 2018. Come summer and mango, be it raw or ripe, finds a place at Revival.

From AAMRAS PURI; MANGO BASUNDI PURI; THEPLA AMRAKHAND; THEPLA GOLKERI; THEPLA CHUNDA; MANGO RASMALAI; MANGO DABKA KADI; SATPADI ROTLI WITH MANGO PICKLE AND SAMBHAR; KANDA KERI MARCHA; TEPHLA KERY METHI; KATHOL KERI SAMOSA; MANGO AND PAPPAYA; SEWAIYA KHEER MANGO; KACHI KAIRI SABZI; FAJITA PULAV; KERI KANDA BHAJIYA; MANGO LASSI to GUNDA KERI NU SHAAK.

The way we conjure up the mango into our everyday changing Thali or Combo menus, is endless and many. Mango is usually just savoured as either a pickle or a dessert. Now enjoy the mango fruit as a drink, or as a part of your meal in our veggies or Kadi or breads or salad or snack item or as the usual mouthwatering dessert concoction. We don’t believe in fusion but our recipes will remind you of your grandmother’s dishes. Why eat it only by cutting or sucking into its juicy goodness, we go mad with none other than the King of Fruits – Mango!
