CREDAI BANM is organizing 19th Mega Property Exhibition from 7th – I0th  December 2018

The Builders Association of Navi Mumbai (CREDAI BANM) has been organizing Mega property Exhibitions since the last 17 years and showcases the best of Navi Mumbai has to offer residential and commercial properties. This time of the year, CREDAI BANM is organizing 19th Mega Property Exhibition from 7th – 10th December 2018 at CIDCO Exhibiton Centre,Vashi, NavI Mumbai.

Nearly 80 Developers are participating with Top financial institutions and associates of real estate fraternity At the exhibition,which will be the biggest of its kind in Navi Mumbai. In this exhibition there will be a huge opportunity for the visitors to compare property prices of different nodes of Navi Mumbai according to their requirement a nd convenience. The visitors will get a large variety of properties to choose under one roof right from affordable housing to luxury housing and N.A. plots.We expect visitors as usual from Navi Mumbai, but also its surrounding regions including Mumbai.Thane, Raigad and Puneareas.The flat sizes on offer will be from 300 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. The flat prices will range from about 1 5 lakh onwards.There will be special and exciting overs at the exhibition. The venue comprises of cafeteria for refreshments. To explore the Exhibition at ease adequate convenient car parking will be available. The venue is easily accessible from National Highway and Vashi Railway Station.The 16th, 17th and 18th property exhibition was held at the same venue which attracted more than 70 thousand visitors each year from all over Maharashtra.

NMIA-NAVI MUMBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT & JNPT EXPANSION Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of Rs.16,000 crore Navi Mumbai International Airport on 18th February 2018 and inaugurated the expansion of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust  container terminal which is country’s largest container terminal, constructed at a cost of Rs.4,719  crore. Navi Mumbai International Airport will be designed by world renowned Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) and will jointly be developed by CIDCO and GVK. The new airport will have 2 parallel runways and will handle close to 80 flights an hour. First phase of NMIA will be completed at the end of 2019.  CIDCO expects this airport to generate around 1 .42 1ac jobs directly and around 2 1acs jobs indirectly. The Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust’s (JNPT) Fourth Container Terminal (FCT)’s Phase I in this Maharashtra district has been completed in a record time of 36 months and is expected to boost container trade, logistics and job opportunities in a big way.
