Come witness the union of whole nation this independence day at Hornby’s Pavilion at ITC Grand Central Mumbai. Celebrate the taste of patriotism, as Hornby’s Pavilion this 15th August as we celebrate the theme of One India- Unity is diversity and the same can be witnessed in the flavors and dishes served on Independence day. Tri colored menu will include options like   Tiranga pulav, Tiranga Gosht Biryani, Lucknowi Tiranga Malai Kofta, Chingri Malai Curry, Ghost dum biryani, Dakhni Saag and Sehrangi Pula to name a few.
