100% of team Enrich in Gujarat get the first shot of the vaccine

”We welcome the reopening of salons but it is equally important at this time to ensure that all safety protocols are followed to ensure the complete safety of our customers and salon staff. As we are reopen our salons in Surat and Ahmedabad, all safety measure are in place to name a few our customers will be provided with PPE kit likewise the salon team will have a similar kit with additional components like – face shield mask, and head cover, we have Cash and Mobile sterilizer at all our front desks, Pedal sanitizers at the entrance to the salons, Glass separators for nail color service and facial treatments to ensure distance is maintained, mono-dose products for services and also our staff are fully tested” said Mr Bhupesh Dinger Spoke person: Senior director, Enrich.  Through the lockdown we have ensured that our regulars have not missed out on their after care products based on the salon services they have availed of. They have been able to purchase these on the Enrich app and now they can book their salon appointment on the app and website in just few clicks.  From disinfecting the service areas and instruments before and after each service to a cash and mobile sterilizer, we have it all covered!

In the wake of the pandemic and all safety guidelines given by the Indian Government, Enrich has ensured 100% vaccination of the first dose for its team in Gujarat. Setting an example with their continued focus of Hygiene and Safety, this is the latest development in the line of many of their initiatives including getting their certification on the safety protocols of CIDESCO and BWSSC. In addition, RTPCR is being done for those employees who have been medically advised not to get vaccinated.

• Staff or family members of the staff who have tested covid positive and remain in isolation or quarantine are provided paid leaves.

• The company has extended support to its employees in the form of ‘War Rooms’ created in different zones that work stringently on disseminating information and material regarding Covid care.

Being proactive in connecting the staff with the required resources to deal with the pandemic was a helpful step in the right direction. While the salons are functional in Gujarat, the team has provisions of maximum safety of its customers by maintaining social distancing within the salon, temperature checks of the staff and customers, online payments as well as sneeze shields to prevent the spread of the infection from within the salon.
