Organic Recycling Systems Ltd. Reports Stellar Earnings, FY25 PAT jumps 102% YoY
Organic Recycling Systems (ORS) (BSE: 543997), a growing environmental solutions company specializing in sustainable waste management, has reported its earnings for the half year and year ended 31 March 2025.
For the full year ended 31 March 2025, revenue from operations came in at ₹4,377.29 lakhs, reflecting a substantial growth of 59.3% YoY from ₹2,748.73 lakhs in FY24. EBITDA rose significantly to ₹2147.13 lakhs in FY25, compared to ₹1063.52 lakhs in FY24, demonstrating a remarkable growth of 101.8% YoY.
Profit After Tax (PAT) more than doubled, reaching ₹1,571.86 lakhs in FY25 from ₹776.90 lakhs in the previous year, representing a YoY growth of 102.3%. Earnings Per Share (EPS) (Basic) surged to ₹20.39 in FY25, compared to ₹12.01 in FY24 — a growth of 69.8% YoY.
For the half-year period ended 31 March 2025 (H2 FY25), revenue from operations stood at ₹2,620.06 lakhs, marking a sharp increase of 76% YoY compared to ₹1,491.34 lakhs reported in H2 FY24.
Profit After Tax (PAT) surged to ₹894.69 lakhs in H2 FY25, registering a strong 55.5% growth from ₹575.42 lakhs in H2 FY24. Earnings Per Share (EPS) (Basic) came in at ₹10.15 for H2 FY25, compared to ₹7.47 in H2 FY24 — reflecting a 35.9% YoY increase.
