H H SADGURU SRI MADHUSUDAN SAI TO INITIATE XENOTRANSPLANTATION RESEARCH IN INDIA -Rtn Lal Goel

Mumbai, February 11, 2025 – In a significant development for Organ transplantation in India, H H Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai announced plans to expand research into Xenotransplantation (Organ transplantation from animals to humans) during a meeting with Rtn Lal Goel, Charter President of the Rotary Club of Organ Donation International and Chairman of Organ Donation India Foundation & GYAN.

The organisation is planning to start researching animal-derived heart valves.In a press conference at the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Mumbai, where Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai launched India’s largest Social Stock Exchange listing through the Prashanti Balamandira Trust.

The trust, registered with the Social Stock Exchange segment of NSE in February 2024, focuses on providing free Education and Healthcare services.

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rs. 18 Crores marks a milestone as India’s largest Social Stock Exchange listing to date. The funds will support the construction of an Emergency and Trauma care wing in a new 600-bed Hospital facility.

Ms Amisha Vora, Chairman & Managing Director of PL Capital-Prabhudas Lilladher, the IPO’s Lead Manager, encouraged public participation, highlighting the minimum investment unit of ₹10,000 and associated Income Tax benefits under Section 80-G.

During the press interaction, when questioned about a potential partnership with the Rotary Club,H H Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai confirmed the ongoing collaboration and pointed out Rtn Lal Goel,indicating a coordinated approach to Healthcare initiatives.

The Prashanti Balamandira Trust’s listing demonstrates its commitment to transparency and good governance while advancing its mission of accessible Healthcare and Education for all.
