Sanjay & Jyoti Agarwal Foundation Organizes Mega Blood Donation Drive Across Multiple Cities

Jaipur, 7th February 2024: Sanjay & Jyoti Agarwal Foundation (SJF), in collaboration with AU Small Finance Bank (AU SFB), India’s largest small finance bank, successfully organized a large-scale blood donation camp across multiple cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Indore, Raipur, Ahmedabad, Zirakpur, Shahpura, Udaipur, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Jaipur. This initiative underscores SJF’s and AU Small Finance Bank’s shared commitment to giving back to society, promoting kindness, and encouraging community participation in saving lives through blood donation.
Building on the success of the previous three years, this year’s camp exceeded expectations, attracting over 1,000 donors. The blood donation drive saw significant support from individuals of diverse backgrounds, including AU SFB employees, their families, friends, and customers.
The drive was done in partnership with organizations such as the Red Cross Society, Shri Shyam Mahotsav Seva Samiti, Life Blood Donation Council and Seva Mob Trust. The initiative aimed at collecting blood, raise awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation and encourage people to register for organ donation too. The campaign also included volunteer visits to orphanages, spreading joy and compassion within the community.
The event also marked the 55th birthday of Mr. Sanjay Agarwal, co-founder of the Sanjay & Jyoti Agarwal Foundation and Founder, MD & CEO of AU Small Finance Bank.

The overwhelming response to this year’s campaign is a testament to the power of compassion and solidarity. Beyond blood donation, Sanjay & Jyoti Agarwal Foundation continues to support various community welfare initiatives, including education, culture, arts, and sports.
